The services we offer include maintaining the upkeep of the property, repairs, collecting, keeping a ledger of the monthly payments, and repairs. Our Management Services consists of Property Management, Tenant Placement, Tenant Eviction, Cleaning, Lawn Care, and Repair and Rehabilitation.


Tenant Placement:

• No upfront fees; first month’s rent (no more than the security deposit) is the payment for this service.
  
  
• Includes finding qualified tenants, advertising vacancies, employment verification, credit and background checks.

Property Management:

• The cost for this service varies from $90-$150 for the initial three properties.
  
  
• Features state of the art software, in which property owners are able to access a monthly ledger of the property; with this software, tenants are able to make rent payments online which is then directly deposited into your account.

Tenant Eviction:

• The fee for this service is $250.
  
  
• Filing appropriate paperwork with the court and appearing in court on your behalf.

Cleaning:

• Call to receive quote.
  
  
• Prepares your property for sale, pre-tenant occupancy as well as post tenant vacate.

Repair and Rehabilitation:

• Call to receive quote.
  
  
• Remodels the property, and tends to maintenance issues.

Lawn Care:

• Call to receive quote.
  
  
• Preliminarily manicures grass and trims hedges.
